Phillip Martens

About Phillip

Phillip is Operations Manager and Team Lead at Dierks+Company. 

In this role he manages all operational processes and coordinates the daily operations of the leadership team and employees. Phillip supports our team throughout the project phases and is responsible for the continuous improvement of our daily work. 

Before joining D+C, Phillip worked as a Supervisor at Berlin Airports and was a consultant for the aviation sector for a long time. 

Phillip is currently completing his B.A. in Business Administration at the FOM Berlin.
