About Lea

Lea is an Associate at Dierks+Company and also works as the People Manager.

As an expert at the intersection of regulatory and digital health, she advises clients on the implementation of digital solutions.

Lea’s responsibility areas include the implementation of telemedical care concepts in outpatient and inpatient care as well as the contractual and regulatory support for research alliances.

She holds a law degree from Humboldt Universität and has been a lawyer since 2018.

Prior to joining Dierks+Company, Lea worked for an international law firm in Berlin. She is currently working towards the title specialist lawyer for medical law (Fachanwältin für Medizinrecht).

Her mother is a nurse, her father was a radiologist and the healthcare system was a daily topic at the dinner table. Today these roots enable her to understand the field of healthcare and the people within in it intuitively.
