About Argyro

Argyro is a Senior Associate at Dierks+Company.

Since 2014, she has been advising start-ups, companies, and research institutions in the field of medical devices and data protection. Argyro has a passion for the interface of law, healthcare, and technology and has been working on interdisciplinary projects for more than ten years.

Prior to joining Dierks+Company, she was a Senior Consultant for Legal Operations at a Volkswagen Group company, where she led the cross-location legal engineering team and provided guidance to stakeholders on legal issues related to privacy compliance of data-driven products within an agile framework.

Before joining the VW Group digitalization project, she worked for several years as in-house counsel for a start-up biotechnology company, where she was responsible for regulatory affairs and compliance and had a leading role in the implementation of an ISO 13485 quality management system. At the same time, she worked as a lawyer in a Berlin law firm, advising clients in the field of life sciences and data protection.

Argyro studied law in Thessaloniki, Berlin, and Cologne. She holds a Master's degree from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Argyro has successfully completed executive programs at the University of Augsburg, with a focus on medical device regulatory affairs, and at the Tilburg University in the Netherlands, specializing in the field of technology regulation. Argyro is admitted to the Berlin Bar Association, as well as to the Bar Association in Thessaloniki, Greece.
