Challenge
To establish a care service network in Germany and integrate existing care services into it. Additional products and services are also to be offered to create an overall solution that enables patients to be cared for at home. The complex legislation, different interpretations and requirements of the health insurance funds and long-term care insurance funds are a strategic and legal challenge.
Solution
A new corporate structure was defined for the company. Based on this, processes and contracts were developed that meet the legal requirements of the health and care insurance funds.
Benefit
Company: The company has legal security in a complex overall situation thanks to a stable contractual structure. It fulfills the requirements of the German Social Security Code with regard to the various care requirements.
Patient: The care situation is stable and comprehensively secured for the patient or the person requiring care. Long-term and trusting relationships are established with caregivers.

The vision of Kenbi was elaborated, the project was managed and led and finally cast into a legal framework.
Dierks+Company has penetrated the complex legal matter for care companies and brought the structures and processes in line with the existing contracts and the requirements of the health insurance companies and the possibilities on site. We also used our network for this purpose. The result was a stable contract situation.
